I live in Southern Illinois and started using an application with my new phone. This application led me to this web site.
I am really liking the application, since it shows the calories very easy! Now, by biggest issue is getting the motivation and energy to exercise. The other issue is to fine tune my eating habits.
I would love to lose 100 pounds; but to put my body in the "correct range", it would be about 120 pounds. However, my main goal is to get healthier. My blood pressure is getting high and don't want to be on medication. I am already on medication for a slow thyroid.
