I began this app in 2016, because I gained 30 lbs/13.6 Kg since I got out of the Army in 2009. I was 173 lbs/78.6 Kg with 23% Body Fat (130 lbs/59.1 Kg Muscle Mass). Single, desperate, lonely, depressed and tired of my Body Type- I began normal dieting in 2016 and lost 25 lbs by 2017.

In 2017, I discovered the Ketogenic Diet, lost 10 lbs/4.5 Kg and maintained that until 2020. I couldn't break the 160s/72s glass ceiling until August 2020, when I discovered Intermittent Fasting, OMAD (One Meal a Day) and Prolonged Fasting (no more than 48 hours).

Updated 11/14/20- I just realized my Somatotype (Body Type) is Meso-Endomorphic, with a Trapezoidal shaped Torso, so losing the weight will be a tad more difficult, since my Genetic Set Point is around 24% Body Fat. To preserve the muscle- I must do Alternate Day Fasting for 15 days, before my metabolism switches to eating away Muscle & Fat.

Updated 12/20/20- I finally met my Goal Weight of 157 lbs/71.4 Kg, my original weight from Army Basic Training in 2007 at age 19, but with 20.5% Body Fat.

My new goal is to gain 10 lbs/4.5 Kg, returning to 168 lbs/76.3 Kg; furthermore, I will gain the weight the RIGHT way, by Powerlifting and eating as much as I burn. If I gain a 2500 calorie surplus- I will conduct a 24 hour fast to get rid of that surplus. Once I reach my weight gain limit, I will then lose the 8 lbs/3.6 Kg with the 15 days of Alternate Day Fasting. This will reduce my BMI to 18% body fat.

My secondary goal is to reduce my Body Fat to 18% and less, until I reach 13%, while raising my Muscle Mass to 170 lbs.
