I am 41 (almost 42) years old, male, and father of two wonderful children (16 and 11). My weight gain started way back in University, and has continued since then (20 years now). My lifestyle and job is fairly sedentary, however, I do still play ice hockey. That has been my only exercise of late, however.
It's time to get serious about my health and lifestyle. I don't want to "build rome in a day", but I do want to slowly and successfully lose weight and inches, as well as develop a better and more healthy lifestyle.
