My name is Angela. Im 28yrs old and Im the single mother of a 9yr old boy. For work, I walk 8.5 miles a day delivering mail. Yes, you would think that this would keep me in tip-top shape, but no so. I dont think that I look terrible, but I would like to get back down to my ideal weight. Also, to be more active, healthy and aware of what Im eating are my goals. I've found, over the past few weeks, that I tend to be an emotional eater, so Im hoping to break that habit and find other ways to work through my emotions.
