Primary school teacher, mum of two beautiful girls and happily married for 13 years. Looking to lose 10-15 pounds to get to the weight I have been happy with in the past.I love to stay active and fit but it doesn't seem to be shifting the extra weight. I have been attempting this forever but don't seem to get anywhere so trying to calorie count to take ownership of what I am actually eating and drinking! Hoping it works.
