A little disappointed to see a slight gain on the scale I have eaten less that 1800 calories almost every day if not every day and for sure been under 2000. I have only missed one day of walking all week and then we walked around the mall. Just frustrating to see a gain when I am working so hard. It was only actually 0.6 pound because I round off on my weigh ins but still disheartening.

I am experiencing the same thing. I've worked my butt off the last 2 weeks and I am down 1 lb. The only thing that is giving me hope is that my clothes feel slightly looser. Hang in there.

You're doing fine! You've lost the available water weight you had to lose, so now your adipose tissue is trying to maintain stasis by temporarily replacing the fat you are burning with water, just in case you stop fasting and gain all the weight back. Your body thinks change is bad. Hold that line! Keep the diet steady. Pretty soon the hormones in your bloodstream supporting the phoney water fat will thin out, a tipping point will be reached, and you will descend another step on the stairs. Don't eat sugar. Sugar is best at 15g per day. Lower salt to 1500mg per day. Drink lots of water, as much as 8 glasses a day. If you have an android phone you can download the free app, Daily Nutrient, from Play Store. It keeps track of salt and sugar, and other nutrients in your daily diet. I like your new photo.
