Well, I am currently wearing the "It Works" wrap and hoping for good results. The distributer said to be really hydrated for this so I have drank 101.4 oz of water today--the most I have ever drank in my life!! I normally have a hard time getting 48oz. of water, but have been chugging it all day in hope of maximizing my results. I can't wait to measure myself tomorrow! :)
