I just signed up for fatsecret last night, and it is really neat so far. Today I had whole grain cereal for breakfast, then later a banana. For dinner I baked potatoes with crumpled bacon, light butter, cut up tomatoes and parmesan cheese, and just a little sour cream. It may work out fine because on Sundays we usually just eat one larger meal in the early afternoon. Hopefully after I clean the kitchen, help my daughter with her report, I can get in a very vigorous walk and burn some calories.
