Day 3 of my keto journey. Never thought I would try this way of eating as it seemed to revolve a lot around meats and dairy. I would prefer to stick with vegetarian and so far have not found any issues eating vegetarian keto. I have thoroughly enjoyed my meals and see now why so many people are jumping on board!
