Thought I'd get back on track yesterday, but that didn't quite happen! Hung out with the pops and went to costco to help him pick up a new tv. While there, I had a chicken bake, an old favorite )and heavy on carbos!) and a diet coke. Then, since it was my day off, I wanted to catch that sci-fi thriller, Prometheus, so I had a jr size popcorn with butter (YUM). I also indulged in some nacho cheese doritos at home, and then had a couple wraps for dinner which wasnt so bad (chicken wrap and mini pizza wrap on my low carb high fiber tortillas). Thanks to all those extra carbos and sodium, looks like I ballooned up a little. Not too noticeable in the mirror which is good, but I can definitely see my cheeks are a little puffier. But you know, I know how my body works and I'll be back down to 180 in a week as long as I dont get too crazy over the holiday! Time to bust my ass on a hike or bike and get my sweat on tonight after work! Woohoo! Vacay's over and now it's back to the grind! :D
