ok well I didn't keep my minichallenge to stay away from the scale (every other day) But at least it went down! I kind of knew it would, I think the gain the other day was water and my body tring to creep, but when I was very very good the next day it figured 'well she isn't going to binge so I guess we better settle DOWN', lol!

I am a scale addict. When I was away, I didn't have a scale. I was fine with not weighing myself everyday...but as soon as I was home...BAMMM...second thing I do every morning....et on the SCALE!!!! Congrats on the 2lbs. I know THAT feels good:)
