going to weigh in friday am..couldnt go on wed as we had very bad weather....but have stayed on track and have been losing on home scale...so i am optimistic. Didnt make it to the gym as planned but did have my first squash lesson at the local Y earlier today....i used to play tennis 3-4 times a week when i lived in Jamaica but since moving to cold canada...i have gotten very out of shape....when i played today the instructor was impressed...and boy did i get a workout...checked the exercise info on squash..and was surprised...712 cals for one hour....wow..i had no idea!! playing again tomorrow am....and look forward to it....i was very nervous ..being heavier and trying something new...especially those squash courst that are so open for people to view...yikes!! but i decided...who cares!!! soon i will be fit and svelte....and no one will even recognize me..hahahaha

will post my weigh in ,,,im very excited....!!
