back to the challenge of my weight loss journey. wrote myself 4 promises for the week a few days ago. seems to be helping me to stay focussed. emotional eating has gotten out of hand again for me. going back to basics. at mid April I believe it is possible to lose 20 pounds by the end of August if I give it my focus and do what I have proven over and over works for me to lose weight. the basics really ... log your food ... eat on time ... move my body .. drink my water ... make time for fun, relaxation and friends. all are essential to win at the losing game.
