I have been recovering from foot surgery done on May 29th. I have been unable to exercise due to being in a cast with stitches, and now with a badly swollen foot in a walking boot. So i should be heavier. However, i have also had a hard time getting around to fix decent meals, and haven't had much of an appetite, anyway, so have lost a little weight due to that. I'm hoping i will soon be able to exercise again, and can keep it off that way, because i'm afraid when my appetite returns i'm gonna plump up again.
