An entire week and I am down a pound. 14 total, but a pound in a week? my poor kids, Dad is a bit grumpy... starving and all. Trying to stay positive!

1lb is definitely better than gaining a few pounds a week. Stay in the fight. Remember a lion hunts and a gazelle get hunted. Happy hunting!
