I stay away from tomatoes. They have a lot of sodium and it causes water retention.

Bigcali— you might want to reevaluate the sodium content of fresh tomatoes. Not a high sodium product. They now have excellent canned tomatoes that are so much lower in sodium. Tomatoes contain very valuable nutrients like Lutin for eye health. Check it out. Now if you are ADDING SALT’ that is an issue.

Looks very good and very healthy. I agree with Kenna Morton about the tomatoes. Very good for a person unless a person is sensitive to them.

I love tomatoes!!! They are a member of the nightshade family and my stomach doesnt like that too much, but I eat them anyway! lol
