It's a new day. I have to start over. The last few days have been a disaster -- candy, breads, pasta, desserts.
1:25pm Feeling motivated. I was in a bad state of mind last night because our daughter flew back to San Diego yesterday afternoon, and we'd been lazy all weekend, eating too much junk food. Eating crappy food really does a number on me. I felt mentally and physically ill last night, and it led to even more bingeing. So far today, I've eaten much lighter and more nutritious food and I can immediately tell a difference. I hope I can maintain this into the evening. Late afternoons are when my resolve gets weak, and I really, really don't want to cave in today. Think before you eat, fool!
