Well i blew it...not totally but enough that am so mad at myself. I have been eating whatever i wanted for 3 days all kinds of junk..I don't want to fall back into my bad habits..i have continued to work out on a regular basis but that is not enough..I am so ashamed of myself i refuse to put in what i ate i just cant bear to look at all the calories with crying..so i vow dinner will be wild salmon, broccoli and spinach..i will get back on track and not let this MAJOR slip up deter me from getting back on the wagon.

Back in the saddle again. Look forward, not back. Dinner sounds good! One of the things that helps me get back on track is to think of one of my most favorite "ON PLAN" meals to remind me that I can enjoy my meals and still continue losing weight and being healthy. I no longer need that kind of junk to enjoy food. Koodos to you for stopping the madness, so to speak after only 3 days instead of going a whole week.
