Went for cycling after 3 months. Cycled 30 KMs , felt completely exhausted & completed the trip with extreme difficulty. Where is the stamina ? where is my energy ? Typing this journal entry with a bad sore arse due to cycling :-D
At times i feel bad when people laugh when i cycle , even my friends made fun of me that its like a elephant riding a cycle. So what , i cycle to reduce my Fatness.

Don't worry about what other people think. You already know your stamina & energy will come as you get back into the habit of doing regular cardio. Your arse will adjust too, lol. 30k might have been a little ambitious, but still an excellent distance especially considering you haven't cycled in 3 months! Try coming up with a schedule for your duration or distance so you can gradually work up to a goal distance with regular training. It will help you stay focused as well as allow you to increase your distance in manageable increments. It's important to feel successful when working on fitness goals! You're doing great hon.
