Okay--I am still sticking with it. I am still keeping my calories at 1000 or a little lower and still walking 6 miles a day. My mom says she can see a difference in my face...so that is great news. I am enjoying it so much that I may even push my 6 day work out to every day! I want to weigh in so bad...but I am making myself wait until Monday mornings. And thanks Tricia for all the inspiration you have given me. You are a true blessing. And thank you all who comment on my journals. You keep me in the spirit of keeping on!
