gotta stop drinking coffee - joined a two week challenge to help do so. Still drinking muchos green tea and lemon water. On a brighter note - lost a pound - skin never been so clear - and I have so much energy! Mega WHOOP!

I gave up coffee cold turkey about 8 months ago - I just made sure I always had (and still have) a bottle of water handy. Took about a week before the habit/urge eased substantially - about the same time as for giving up smoking. I now drink about 2-3 litres of water a day instead of 10 cups of coffee. Definitely feel better for it.

that is good to know. I have tried going cold turkey - but I used to drink about 8 - 9 cups a day... and when I stopped I got real bad migraine. Now I manage 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon... and I am hoping to have got to just my morning one by the time I start my challenge. Then none! Fingers crossed!
