Okay--well I am still doing my thing. Watching what I eat and trying to keep it at 1000 calories a day...sometimes it can be at 900 or 1100. But I am doing well. I am still walking on the treadmill 6 miles a day. 3 miles in the morning or early afternoon and 3 miles in late afternoon or evening. So, so far so good. I am keeping on! Hopefully I will lose some weight by my next weigh in. I am tempted to get on the scale now but I told myself I weigh in on Monday mornings...hopefully I will be happy!

Hey, I was just noticing the comment you left. I dont walk all 6 miles at once. I walk about a mile, take a break and clean or something and then maybe I'll walk 2 miles and then wait like 2 or 3 hours to walk the other 3. I just did 6 miles all at night. Keep it up, youre my inspiration as much as I am yours :D Love ya
