No loss - no Gain - but I have a lot more energy - my skin is sooooo clear. I have got used to having breakfast now. I just need to work on the late night hunger pangs. Did really well yesterday and then fluffed it by eating a hot-cross-bun and a bit of my sons easter egg. Any suggestions are most welcome.
