Going on week 8. Having a hard time getting moving. Food tracking and planning has been relatively easy. Although, I don't stray very far with meals variety wise. Averaging just under 2lb loss a week. Would be more if I was more active. This is not my first time around.
Lost over 100lbs five years ago and managed to put half back on over the last 18 months. But, I'm not giving up!!
