Okay--well, again I walked another 3 miles on the treadmill this morning...EVEN WITH BLISTERS ON THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET! The old me would have said "nope can't do it today...the blisters hurt". But the new me pulled up my panties and did it any way lol. I am proud! I will also walk another 3 miles tonight as well. I am doing well on dieting and working out so GO ME!!!!
