Nibbled on a couple of potato chips while at Val's (bookclub meeting) because it had been hours since i'd eaten anything and i was feeling pretty hungry. That being said, i didn't drink a thing (only water) and politely sampled her jambalaya (really good too!) Overall i'm content as i seem to considtently be losing 0.2 lbs a day, so about 1.5 lbs a week.
