Trying to get back on track. I have been motivated by one of my youngest sons good friends. He has lost well over 100 pounds. He is still on his journey and he looks amazing. I am just in awe of his dedication to being healthier. I have got to get off my butt and exercise a lot more than what I am doing now... which isn't much.
