My doctor just explained so much to me!!! High Fructose Corn Syrup is a very bad thing. He told me that HFCS lives in the liver and produces fat, while glucose (which is natural to the body) lives in the body and produces energy. Despite what the commercials on TV say, my doctor says it is poison to the body. The bad part is...it is in so much! The doctor says that you have to eat like a caveman to be healthy. It may be hard for me to do, but I am going all natural and I will be following the advice of the my doctor. I am going through my pantries tonight! This may be my biggest challenge so far, but I am ready to tackle it!!!
