Okay...I am going to do a journal entry because my friend is making me. YEAH THANKS TRICIA! Well...my diet and exercise started yesterday and I am doing well. Walking 6 miles a day on the treadmill and counting my calories and trying to keep them under 1000 at least. So far so good. Just ready to feel good about myself and love me for me!

Good luck :) but seriously 1000 thats like nothing surely to start at like 1500 would be better and then work down to 1000 would be better :) good luck tho
