Slept 7 hours. Feel pretty good today. We eat in a little bit. Looks like a good day. Worked more on my stock market lessons and was comforted that with the market down I was up and when the market turned up, I was really up.

Nice visit with Tom and Noren for dinner tonight. Fish and the fixings plus grapes and pickles. Yummy.
