It's the first day of March and the birds are singing already <3. Haven't weighed myself today but feel great after aiming for 1900 calories yesterday. I will aim lower today and see how my body feels at between 1500-1700. It still seems decent and still much less than the 2200-2400 I usually eat. This community is such a great tool as there are so many inspiring and supportive people to connect with. I know it will be a great day for all of us. Be proud, be strong and be-youtiful <3
