Besides a well behaved eating of meat and cheese I ate nuts today and 2 sugar free oreo cookies and 3 small sugar free candies which I'm sure screwed up my induction...oh well I will not give up! I have 6 pounds to lose in 2.5 weeks and I will do it!!!

I would wait on even the sugar free treats and nuts until after induction. They cause stalls for some people. Good luck.
