I know I should not weigh in every day - but my weight fluctuates so much over a month - I reckon by 8lbs or so around the time aunt flo arrives. I may not weigh every single day but I would like to as much as possible - to see if a pattern emerges. I usually mess up around the beginning of the 3rd week, as I get a real craving for carbs. Im going to be more aware of it next month and think of things to takle it before hand.
Any whoo - another pound down! - and I have not woke up this morning really hungry like usual :-)
