Steady as she goes! I haven't lost any significant weigh but I haven't gained any either. But its also confession time! I haven't, honestly, been following any dieting regiment at all but been eating anything, anytime, anyplace. So it makes it all the more important the fact that I haven't gained any significant weigh during this time also. I think what contributes to my lack of weigh gain, is that my job requires me to be physically active, so I think that is why my weigh is maintained. But yesterday I experienced a small but significant milestone. My wife and I sat down and started planning some of next weeks meals, which I got from Fat Secrets! That is important because she is way overweigh and if I can get her on board the health kick, it will help me so much more to accomplish my being and living healthy goal and planning is one of the keys in achieving, accomplishing and overcoming anything!
