I have a suggestion, everytime I crave, I try to remember everything that improves when I'm thin:
#1 sex - women´s pleasure starts in her mind, so if you feel sexier and prettier you will enjoy yourself more, isnt that totally worth it? ;)
#2 appearance - when you are lighter, clothes fit, you feel less frustrated and you tend to care more for your appearance.
#3 general health - thats the most important - aches, pains, discomfort, bad hair, bad smells, you name it, all these improve...
#4 Visualize - See your self thinner, use photoshop if you like and make yourself thinner :)
Look, it is working for me, try it yourself. Dont lose heart, you want to be thin more than you want that cake :p
