Only five days in and I think I have done fairly well! It's not easy trying to eat when you have a 2 month old that seems to wake whenever you are hungry. I admit that i don't get all my food groups in but at least I'm not eating as much as I was before and not the same crap. I think the other stuff will come later-one step at a time!
