I am sooo proud of myself today - and it has been a real while since I last said that. I have not cheated once... and I even made my favourite - tuna pasta - for everyone else. Not a bit touched my lips. I made a chunky vegetable stew and put in lots of cabbage . I have drank two cups of dandelion tea and it really works for water retention. Im going for a run in the morning and then off to the supermarket to stock up on my 'good foods' Im hungry now - but Its too late for me to eat - as i promised myself nothing after 7pm - another bad habit. So - Im going to finish off the extra strenght iced green tea with lemon that I prepared earlier. Check me out baby!.... only every other day of my entire left to go!
when I get to 140lbs I am buying myself a wiifit - well lets rephrase tha - I am using my fiancés card - to by myself a wiifit.....
