Not much appetite these last several days - no complaints here, but wonder what's going on with my body right now. Good timing at least, since summer is pretty much here at this point.

Had another good 5 miler today, felt good though my energy level was a little busted....lack of appetite doesn't leave much in the way of fuel for the gym. Either way, was happy to get a good work out in and tomorrow I'll have to find some time for weights in addition to my cardio....sigh.....I still hate weight training. Just feels so tedious to me, but I know it's a necessary part of being healthy.

Weight seems to be maintaining, hope it drops a bit more but can keep the consistency. We shall see....between BBQs and consumption this weekend wonder what Tuesday's weigh in will look like.
