Well, my two week WW sidetrip ended last night and this morning it's back to Atkins. I enjoyed the change but was frequently hungry. Boy, those fresh organic fruits are mighty good though. I will miss them. For a while. Now, it's Atkins for two weeks, then I am going on a 10 day trip and will go back to WW for the trip just because I will be eating out a lot and don't want to have to order so much meat (expensive!) and can make do with cottage cheese and fruit, etc. Anyway, today I am going to prepare for the week ahead, making a meatloaf, tuna salad, roast chicken, etc. so that I won't have to be as bored as I was before (cutting off a hunk of cheese for lunch gets real old). I did lose a half pound this week (and last) so, while not dramatic, it's in the right direction.
