I don't even know if the weight I put at the begin is correct, I just guessed. Now I don't have a scale to weigh myself; how am I going to know if I'm losing anything? Ugh !

My advice is head over to the dollar store find a scale and a measuring tape. If that doesn't work for you just consider how you feel. I have recently started this whole process too and I already have more energy and a more positive outlook.

Well you can usually tell, but a scale is the best way to go! If you go to a gym like the YMCA they have scales there, and I know its awkward weighing yourself in front of everyone but trust me, noone's looking.

I want to buy a scale but every time I buy one they always mess up & never acurate. If I go to the doctors they tell me one thing, then the Publix scales says another, the house one is always way off ! I think I'm just going to go to the Publix on, which is like the YMCA one but I'm sooooo embarrested for people to see how much I weigh =/
