No change this week; missed the gym and had a few treats too. Not beating myself up as there are lots of positives! 1. I didn’t gain. 2. Beating yourself up is counterproductive (feeling bad makes me want to snack!) 3. The treats weren’t too bad and rewards are nice 4. I’m here for the long run, not a quick miracle drop in weight. Some good habits such as my breakfast and lunches are staying steadfast. Snacking will always be my nemesis but I can limit this. Happy Friday Everyone!
