Down 7.5 lbs in two weeks. Only limiting calories (staying below 1500 daily) and enjoying all types of food. I am amazed that I am not going hungry! Reading labels and measuring! Drinking more water and a tablespoon of sugar free metamucil with a good bit of water plus gummy vitamins to be sure that Im getting fiber and nutrients 😁
