I am with you ! I do the exact same thing. I set up my food in the morning and log the workout/exercise after it is done. I also make sure my daily calorie deficit is above 2000 each day. IF you do the math, 12000-14000 deficit per week means a 3+ pound loss each week. It's been working pretty well so far so I hope the losses don't slow down for me. Good Luck! HCB
