Wow! I'm so impressed and lazy. At 80 I should move every day, after a few chores and shopping occasionally I'm usually flat on me back side painting or watching painting video demonstrations. I'm hoping by following a good eating plan I'll get moving a bit more.

I do about 20000 a day what I do instead of relying on a car I walk every where I go

Congratulations! FYI, my doctor said that my HDL (good fat) level is high because I exercise so even though my cholesterol is high I don't need to take medicine. My cardiac risk is minimal. So keep up the good work!
