I did it again - thought I was eating so well but didn't take time to record any of my food until the end of the day. 130 cals. and 10 carbs over!

So tomorrow I need to record before I eat. Before I even fix my plate. And no more creamy dressings!

Am sipping a nice peach herb tea so all is well!

Buffy you probably burned those cals off typing this journal..LOL..Is that tea already in a bag or do you brew it??..that peach tea sounds great...I could get the flavor any way..Thanks in advance...:O)

I hear you Buffy. Today, I had to wing it, due to my schedule and I ended up over as well. It's surprising how little it takes! Let's re-group and finish the week strong!!!!

Sandy - Yes - It is all in the schedule! And mine is crazy (I am away from home 10 - 12 hours a day) you would think I'd learn to plan better!
