Merry Christmas everyone!
I went a bit high on calories between Christmas Eve and today, but not over maintenance. Carbs were only unreasonably high on Christmas Eve, as I ate a couple indulgent things before looking up nutrition info. (Egg rolls, crab wontons, I’m looking at you...)
I’m going to try my best to refrain from weighing myself until January 1st. Then I’m going to try weekly weigh-ins after that. The everyday ups and downs are just too much of a stressor.
