Really behind on journaling workouts so just starting fresh today.
Friday- 12/15 really fantastic, long workout at home including 20 minutes cardio. Just felt like blasting music and letting loose. Really excited about completing 3 sets of lunges. 12, 16, 12. My legs are finally getting strong enough and my weight low enough to do these with decent form. Worked glutes hard today.
Thursday --mix of light cardio & rest--I was in high demand Thursday and others needed me
Wednesday --gym workout Tuesday --gym workout Monday --met with trainer- learned Smith rack squats with Olympic bar (not machine) (felt great)
