It's another gorgeous morning. The capaccino was lovely, although I will regret those calories later in the day. LOL! I looked up recipes for capaccino to see if I could make it at home, low cal. Nope. Apparently, you need all kinds of equipment and products to make it. Come on. If my local Shell station has a huge dispenser of it, how hard can it be? Oh well. I'll just have to stick with my lovely home brew.
My lemon verbena is finally leafing out all over. It is now 8 years old. I cut it back every spring to a woody stump and wait with baited breath to watch the miracle unfold. Four days ago it looked like a totally dead stump. This morning it's covered with many, tiny leaves. It surprises me every year. I also separated and repotted my African violets about a week ago and they are finally perking up. I stuck 5 leaves in the dirt and only one of those wilted, so I will have 4 new violets shortly. I love watching things grow!
I'm waiting until 12 p.m. so I can enter the Dr. Oz. Sweeps. I would love to win a juicer. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Oh, and I'm down 2 lbs today. I hope that holds until my weigh in on Thursday. Once again . . . crossed fingers.
