No loss or gain this morning. I was hoping for a loss, but I also see that I had some heavier foods yesterday. I stayed within RDI, though. I did good. However, the foods will of course weigh me down, and that will affect weigh-in. If I ate 5 heads of cabbage throughout today, I'd be "gaining" massively for a few days, right?
I'm perfectly fine with the no weight loss thing today. I lost a lot yesterday, and that will of course play a part in today's weigh-in too. Sometimes we have to pay it back.
Yesterday was half a day off in Denmark - it was International Labour Day. The day was spent with Wife, we went out for a burger (fully accounted for in my RDI) and general enjoyment. The sun was out and it was a good time. We went shopping for clothes, and I found a new pair of pants, and a new t-shirt with a Fender Jazz Bass logo. Love it!
I think I'll be wearing some of this for the 50th b-day we're going to this coming Sunday.
This morning will be a short journal. Wife is home, so we're hanging out. She is going to a computer class at 8 am today, so she is not doing her usual thing at work. We got to sleep a little late, and have time to enjoy our morning together.
Today I'm thankful for: - Sleeping late - and actually sleeping! - the fact that it looks like another sunny day. - getting to hang with Wife this morning. - the outlook to a LONG weekend. Friday is another holiday in Denmark!
