I am trying. I really am. Last night I didnt eat after 8pm. I wanted to so much so. At one point I thought I am going to lose this battle so I grabbed a piece of gum and chewed it. Then I was off to bed.

I didnt exercise up until that point because of time so I decided to do 10 mins of my own thing with the kettleball. When I felt like it hurt I pushed a little more. I went to bed feeling accomplished. Today I plan to walk, not outside though since it is raining and pouring here. Hey at least its better than snow!

So anyways I need to get bfast for myself and the kids. I am very excited for today because we should be able to get this one paper notarized and then emailed to our adoption agency then it will be email to Russia and things should start to be moving along very soon. I have friends that are over in the Ukraine right now on their way to their daughters orphanage and I cling to their every word. I am so thankful to God for choosing us to be Faith's parents.


ETA- Did denise Austins 10 min workout may do it again later. Or maybe the walk an jog.
